Project lifecycle in Agile

Agile methodology

Working with agile methodology doesn’t have to be complicated. Even though every project is unique, the lifecycle will always be the same.

Project lifecycle in Agile

Let's explore the second (and last) part: development, testing and maintenance

Development

Development tends to take the longest time. In this phase, all your planning, analysis and design come to life.

Development

Developers are closely working with the designers, to make sure the final result meets the initial requirements and your expectations.

Development

Even though it's all about the coding part, it is crucial for you to be there for your project every step of the way.

Testing

Testing is done after each feature is finished, and it focuses on finding bugs and fixing them.

Testing

But with a proper quality assurance from the beginning of your project, you can avoid having too many bugs.

Maintenance

The hard work is not over after the software is released, since your genuine goal is likely to maintain a prosperous, functioning product in a long term.

Maintenance

In order to succeed, it is vital to keep the process alive by constantly investing your efforts into listening to the voice of the end-users.
